FixerUp Business Line SMS Terms
Program and Sender
FixerUp Inc operates the FixerUp Business Line SMS/MMS program. Your FixerUp home repair professional ("Pro") uses this channel to communicate with you about your identified service request. Communication powered by FixerUp. The service line displayed in this consent preview is (425) 321-0303.
Messages include appointment scheduling and confirmations, quotes, job updates and photos, and answers to your service questions. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Your Choice and How You Opt In
Your Pro can give you a link to our public homeowner text message consent form in person or through a non-SMS channel. Before consenting, you can see the sender, business number, message types, frequency, charges, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to these terms and our privacy policy.
The web form is currently a preview: you can enter your name, mobile number, Pro's name and service request, select the initially unchecked SMS consent box, and review the disclosure. Your entries are not submitted to a server. This preview does not save consent or enroll you in texts.
Before web signup is activated, we will enable consent recording and a submission confirmation. Permission will be limited to the identified Pro and service request; it will not authorize unrelated Pros or marketing messages.
Simply giving someone your phone number, calling a business number, accepting general terms, or requesting an OTP does not enroll you in this program. If you initiate a text inquiry, we may reply to that inquiry; this alone does not enroll you in recurring service notifications.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. For service without texts, email support@fixerupus.com.
The Consent Disclosure You See
The consent preview displays the following disclosure beside an initially unchecked checkbox, after the Pro and service request fields. Reading these terms alone does not give SMS consent.

The preview button is labeled "Review my text message consent". It displays your choice for review; it is not an enrollment submission or an opt-in confirmation.
Message Frequency, Charges and Availability
Message frequency varies based on your service needs and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS service is pending activation. The consent preview does not send a text or guarantee immediate availability. Once messaging is available, service messages may begin within the scope you authorized.
Stop Messages or Request Help
Reply STOP to the business number at any time to opt out. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. After a final opt-out confirmation, no further service texts will be sent from that number unless you opt in again. Reply START to that number to request resubscription.
Reply HELP or INFO for help. You can also contact support@fixerupus.com for help or to withdraw consent if you previously provided permission through another channel. Stopping texts does not cancel your service request.
Privacy and Consent Records
The current preview form does not retain your entries or record consent. When signup is activated, consent records will document your submitted details, identified Pro and service request, disclosure wording and version, source page, and recording time. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as necessary to store consent and deliver messages.
