These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FixerUp mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). "FixerUp," "we," "us," or "our" refers to FixerUp Inc. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Services, or violate any applicable laws.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

Third-Party Services

The Services may use or link to third-party services (including infrastructure and communications providers). FixerUp is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixerUp disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixerUp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services, users, or FixerUp.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

SMS Terms (OTP / 2FA Only)

FixerUp uses SMS messages only for account-related security purposes such as one-time passcodes (OTP) and two-factor authentication (2FA) for sign-up and login verification.

You opt in by entering your phone number in the FixerUp app and tapping "Send code" (or a similar button) to request an OTP.
Message frequency varies (typically one message per verification attempt).
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@fixerupus.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
FixerUp does not use this SMS program for marketing messages.
